I do! I mean, I'm sure it'll all come back to me. and I thought I remembered more than I do.
When I see threads asking questions about breastfeeding, infant sleep, infant poop, teething, behavior..I want to answer but then I realize I truly don't remember!

Now that I have a 4 day old, there is a lot I forgot about! In the hospital the nurse mentioned burping her and I had completely forgotten you're supposed to burp babies! Lol it's all starting to come back to me tho.

@mrskc: lol! I haven't changed a boy in years and years (like, over four years) but from what I remember, girls are much easier to change too. a tip I did with O (not sure if L is the same way) - every single time I opened her diaper to change her, she would pee! it was like the air made her do it. I don't know. so I'd open her diaper, wait a minute, and close it. wait again then change her. hahaha. I was going through SO many freaking diapers before I started dragging it out.

@sorrycharlie: so far no open air accidents! That's funny tho because DH and I were a bit lost at first with changing a girl diaper! I think boys are easier or at least seems less delicate to me. I worry I'm not cleaning her good enough.

Not enough! One of the drawbacks of having your second 15 months later - the tough parts of the newborn days are still very fresh..yikes!

I think I must forget some of the feelings. I know at about 5 weeks in I thought I was one and done... and now I'm antsy to try again. There must be some selective memory going on 
(or all the sleep deprivation makes my memory of that time very hazy)

It's only been 3.5 months and I can barely remember the newborn days. One of my friends had her baby on Monday and was texting with me about overnight asleep. She sai she got 4 hrs total for the whole night and I told SdH that that was insane, our kids always slept well. He's like you haveu amnesia. Are you crazy? I legitimately can't remember the details though!

I have completely blacked out lots of it, which I think is as nature intended otherwise we would all be only children! A friend asked me to hold her 8 week old and I was soooo awkward. There's just something about your own kid I guess!

I feel like I remember it really well, maybe because I am a sahm so this is what I do all day haha but I feel like it is still fresh in my mind at 14 months. However, when Luna was a newborn, I wanted her to stay that age forever and now when I see newborns I'm thinking... Naaaaah no thanks lol! I will know I'm ready for another when I start to miss that stage again. Right now I'm loving 12-14 months!
