I go to the market at least 3 times a week. Partly because we don't have a car so I don't buy a lot at once, and partly because I'm a horrible planner when it comes to meals so I don't like buying a lot of things at once.
For instance I will only buy enough protein to last 2 days because I don't want to freeze and defrost it.
I know many of you go to the grocery store once a week. How do you plan out which vegetables/meats you will eat first/freeze/etc.?
