I do and it works. It has to be warm water. I use as hot as I can stand.

It's disgusting but yes, it works. My dad tried for yearrrrs to convince me to do it, but it took until I was pregnant and unable to take like, anything to try it. It helps!

Yes it helps. I guess I don't think it's gross cause I love salt. But I do find it annoying cause it's one more thing to do!
