We don't really have official snow days since the office doors are never truly locked if you have your badge. If I think its unsafe for me to get to work due to snow, I would just work from home and my coworkers would do the same.

Yes, but we are expected to work from home if we can. We close only if NYC school's close so I am looking forward to this snow day tomorrow!
