I'm guessing AF is coming soon. I'm having really bad PMS symptoms, which is weird because it's never been this bad. Yesterday I was a crazy lady to my DH and feel really bad about it today. My anxiety is at an all time high and I'm moody and crampy.
Do you get PMS symptoms?

Big time. I get a killer migraine about a week before she shows. And then 1-2 days prior, I turn into a raging hormonal beast. Poor DH

@Springtime: Definitely not alone! I felt so bad, because everything DH said/did just pissed me off (doing the dishes, asking if I wanted a foot rub...jeez, what an ass, right?? :-P) I apologized this morning now that I'm in a better mood.

Mine has been really bad this time. It started about a week ago. DH said I've been REALLY moody lately & my mom said the same thing. FX the dr can figure out why. This has been ridiculous!

@springtime: Yes, about 2 days before AF arrives I feel like crying all the time. Then, fortunately, immediately disappears when AF does make her appearance.

I get more impatient just before and as my period just starts. I get pretty minor cramps and maybe a single zit.

I always had pre-PMS symptoms and then no symptoms when AF finally is here. So weird! Any how, I was always exhausted and craved chocoalte. I never crave chocolate!
