Like for birthdays and stuff? I try to. I keep all their birthdays on my calendar. I know DH won't and I know his mom especially appreciates hearing from DH.

Yes. We celebrate every birthday for IL's together and always get them a card.

Yes, otherwise they wouldn't get any. DH would forget every time. I feel like they think it is the woman's job to do it, so it makes me look bad if we forget or something.

Yup!!! DH told me that when we or married, I was in charge of things like this-ha!!! Luckily, I love it, so I do it. I set up reminders so I can remember to send them. I can copy dh'a signature , so sometimes I even sign them.

Nope. His family never does cards for any reason whatsoever. They are a completely foreign concept to them. My family is into cards, so I'll get cards for them...

I usually get his mom a mothers day card. I should get birthday cards too, since I think they like cards, but he usually just gives them a call instead.
