I've found that going to group classes at the gym are the best way for me to be accountable for my workout! I go to classes that challenge me and I really look forwardto them! For the past month I've been going to High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) classes mixed with core and spin and I feel so much better!
If you go to classes at the gym which ones do you frequent?
I've never gone to a gym class.. I've done personal training, but I've always liked running on the treadmill
