I never go!!! Like I can count number of times on one hand for sick visits in last 10 years. Just since having my dd 3 months ago, I've had 2 fevers/chills episodes, stomach bug with vomiting and on my second stomach bug the other end, plus a heinous cold in between.
Thinking about getting a PCP and just getting an appointment because I hate being sick so much!!!

Um. I am horrible. I was very good about going to the doctor before LO. I guess I count seeing her pediatrician as going to the doctor. 
I have my first doctor's appointment since my 6-week postpartum check-up. LO is 2!

I'm good about going for check-ups, but I never want to go when I'm sick - I usually procrastinate making an appointment long enough that I get better on my own.

Besides the yearly physicals/paps/BC refills, less then 5 times in my lifetime. Now I don't even have to go yearly for paps; they recommend every 2-3 years if you've had a normal pap for 3 years in a row.
Working in a GP office, it really boggles my mind how many people come in to see the doc for the smallest thing. Many a hypochondriac out there...

Hardly ever. I am much much quicker to.call the ped and get LO seen. I haven't been to doctor for myself since my 2 year old was six weeks old. I also had like a million sicknesses this winter and just didn't even bother.

@HellOnHeels: hahaha same here. I work in scheduling and some of the things I hear I think, "really?!". To me it's not worth the bill I get after the appt.

@Mrs. Pen: No doubt! I live in Canada, so there's no bill/insurance that the patient has to worry about, but its just such a waste of time! The last thing I would want to do when I have a flu or bad cold is wanting to get in my car, drive to the office, sit in the waiting room and then get told its a virus and to wait it out (duh). Even working and seeing doctors and nurses everyday I STILL don't want to bother them with some small things I have going on, lol.
