If so, what does it look like? I'm toying with the idea of ordering one (Etsy has so many cute ones!) but I wonder if it's something that would seem cool for a couple months, then I'd be bad about filling it out. But I also wanted somewhere to stick all the paperwork from the hospital

I have one that I update after each doctor visit. Now that lo is a toddler there's not much to add, I miss filling it in!

I just bought one at TJ Maxx when I saw it. More to have a place to jot down info. I think it's good bc we already forget little stuff that's happened!

Yep, both kids have one. And I fill it in and add photos, sometimes I forget but it's usually up to date.

We were gifted one and so far I've been pretty good at keeping it updated! It should be fun for LO to peruse in the future

I was thinking of getting one too. I thought I would blog but I haven't gotten around to it. I really need a place to record everything. She's doing so much stuff now.
