If you have a crossbody purse/bag how big is it? What brand/style is it? As in, more casual or a bit dressy, somewhere in the middle? Now that I have two kids to tote around (one recently out of infant car seat) I can't carry everything! I haven't used any type of purse in years, I usually just carry a wallet. So, what should I be looking for?

It's super casual, which is fine for what I use. I like that it has organization so I don't need a wallet.

I have this little Michael Kors ditty that I use as a no kids don't need a diaper bag bag. I scored it for like $35 at a thrift shop. I like that it has wallet slots so I don't need to bring my whole wallet.

I use crossbody bags almost exclusively, I need my hands free to chase after my LO, carry her backbag, milk cup, blanket....ect.
I tend to spend a little bit more on a purse because I use them for a long time or buy second hand. I just got this one for spring off a Buy/Sale/Trade site brand new for $25 which was an incredible score.

I have two that I am currently switching between. My "big" bag is a Coach Crossbody that was a gift. I can easily fit my wallet, two diapers and travel wipe container in it. In a pinch I can also throw in two sippy cups but try to avoid doing that after a previous leak issue with one (luckily just water).
My smaller one is Nine West. I would say it is more casual. It holds my wallet and if I squeeze them a diaper and travel wipes.

My everyday bag is by Queen Bee and I love it. I have had it for almost 4 years. It is pretty casual, but it has been great for my normal stuff and for quick trips with LO where I just need a diaper and a sippy. (I have a larger diaper bag for longer outings.)

@blackbird: HA! For that reason, I only wear a cross body bag when wearing a thick winter coat. In the summer, I use the shoulder straps.

@blackbird: That is the reason why I could never do the cross-body. I stuff a wallet in my back pocket to give the illusion of more booty.

@blackbird: HAHA I used to care about this, but I pushed it aside, I will say that I usually make sure a jacket/coverup/ect. covers the "accentuated" look of the chest but the benefit out ways the "look at me" boobs.

@LuLu Mom: yeah mine just smashes one of my boobs into a weird shape so they look deformed. It is such an awkward look for me (and uncomfortable!) I can do a super thin strapped cross body over a jacket, but nothing like a legit diaper bag or anything large/heavy. I could pull off the thin green one above
@lamariniere: that's my go-to, too. Just sucks when you go pick up a kid and stuff falls out. Now i shove everything in zippered makeup bags, then shove those in my purse.

@blackbird: yeah I'd need a little more space than that. I'd like to fit at least a diaper, small thing of wipes, my wallet is decent size, keys...it was a nightmare when I tried going to the dr with the girls alone last week and I had coat pockets! Can't imagine what I'd do in the warmer months.
