I love Kimpton too. Such a great hotel chain. We stayed at one locally when we were TTC'ing because it got stressful on us for a night and then had a day around our city.

It's not necessarily my favorite, but we are loyal to Hilton family hotels since getting married. DH racks up his points when traveling and we use the points when we take family trips, so it's great.

We tend to stay in Hiltons. We get points and earn free nights all the time.

@rachiecakes: When my husband was a consultant, he raked up so many Hilton Honor points over that time. It worked out to where our hotel stay was free on our honeymoon because of this.

We are pretty loyal to Marriott. Hubs was out of town for work the year before we got pregnant with DS, and we are still platinum from that time. So it's nice b.c they always upgrade us and are really nice

I prefer Hilton. I also get points through them. Westin hotels are really nice too.

I also like Kimpton, but mostly I'm just an equal-opportunity hotel-goer. Lately on family vacations we've been more into renting houses b/c it gives us more flexibility with DD when she can have her own room, and we can have a kitchen too!

Not particularly. We tend to prefer med/smaller nice boutique hotels. Chain-wise, I really like Westin, they have comfy beds.

Embassy suites always ave yummy breakfast but otherwise Marriots or westins

i love how the hampton inn has free breakfast!
