It was messy messy for years and I saw someone organize theirs on a tv show and thought it was a great idea, so I bought a drawer organizer and it's stayed organized since then. Now I can actually find stuff and use the things in it!

Yes and its annoyingly messy. I hate going into that drawer! I suppose I could clean it out....

I have a couple and it drives DH nuts! I usually clean them out maybe.... once a year? hehe

@Bao: DH thought I was a crazy person when I did it, he thinks a junk drawer should be junky. I bought one of those things that organizes your silverware to help separate everything out.

I have multiple. Like one in every room. I like to think of them as a fun surprise.

Yes, DH keeps shoving paperwork in there even though there are other places for that, and then we can't open the drawer because the paper gets all stuck. Ugh!

Yes, but I try to clean it up every couple months. Mostly just keep pens, batteries, our spare keys, and phone book in there!
