I can only think of chocolate coins and hershey kisses that would fit, but I don't really want to put much sweets so I'd only fill maybe a couple of days worth...
I'm also looking on Amazon for small figurines that I could put in... Any other ideas?

@snowjewelz: you could also do activities - like bake cookies or decorate a gingerbread house or go see Christmas lights

@Mamaof2: Ooo! That's cute! I'd do that for the weekend days for sure!

Besides what’s been mentioned, I’ve done pennies, shopkins (break up a large pack), and slips of paper noting an activity we will do or to open the Christmas Box, where I can stash larger dollar spot items like sticker books, balls, socks, etc.

I put activities in ours. I split it into giving activities, baking/making activities, seasonal outings and seasonal home activities . I’m actually just finishing this year’s list today!

Buy your LOs a mini christmas tree and then put in small ornaments to decorate the tree with.

@periwinklebee: Aww that's a cute idea too! Maybe next year!
@rattles: Uhh share pretty pleaseeee
@PinkElephant: Ohh the Christmas box is a good idea to store things that don't fit there (which are most things lol)

I am doing small games, kinetic rocks, magic tricks, some candy, socks, books and activities. When it doesn't fit in the bag, it goes right next to it, lol.

They have a bunch of cute tiny crap errr I mean toys at Barnes and Noble for the holiday season! Also yes to stickers and bandaids and maybe even a couple of folded up homemade coupons for things? Like a movie night, ice cream, going out to see the Christmas lights?

@snowjewelz: I have a few extra because I suspect some of the outings I would otherwise do during Advent we’ll wait to do this year until the week between Christmas and New Years when my in-laws are visiting. None are in order yet, but some are for specific dates marked.
’Tis the season to give
* Take hot coffee or hot chocolate to the school crossing guards
* Create a snack basket for our mail carriers
* Arrange a hot chocolate and cookies gift basket and leave it on our neighbor’s front porch anonymously
* Purchase a gift for the MOMS toy drive
* Make a bird feeder for Carl and fill it with seeds (side note: there’s this random, crazy cardinal that has been flying from the fence into the playroom window for MONTHS, and my girls have named him Carl
)
* Do something helpful for each sibling
* Write a thank you note to someone in our community who helps you
Baking and making
* Bake cookies for Santa
* Make a paper plate wreath for your bedroom door
* Make paper snowflakes to decorate our entry
* Bundle up for a backyard chiminea and make s’mores
* Make and pray an M&M rosary (Feast of the Immaculate Conception, 12/8)
* Make jingle bell jewelry
* Make Christmas waffles for breakfast (red and green funfetti)
* Write a letter to Santa
Seasonal outings
* Take a nighttime walk to look at Christmas lights
* Visit Santa
* Visit the tree farm and cut our tree
* Visit the model railroad Christmas village at <local institution>
* Zoo Lights
Cozy at home
* Enjoy a candy cane while we begin listening to The Cinnamon Bear (this’ll be 12/1 - it’s an old radio show with an episode each day in December that’s a family tradition)
* Sip hot apple cider by the fire and read the Christmas story from the Bible
* Christmas camp out! (their fave family tradition - they camp in the living room with the tree lights on and Christmas movies)
* Put shoes out for St. Nicholas and read his story together (12/5)
* Have an indoor snowball fight (I bought some fluffy faux snow balls)
* Decorate your room with Christmas lights
* PJ brunch while watching The Polar Express
