Mine is male.
The only female ob/gyn I've seen in my life was so rough with me!

Right now I don't have an OB. I'm going to midwives for my check-ups but previously I had an amazing OB/GYN who is male. I want to go back to him but I feel bad for leaving him originally for the midwives for our birth

My OB is female but the doc on call who delivered M was male. By that point I was just interested in getting her out safely and I didn't care who did it!

All the midwives in the practice I go to are female, and all my previous OB/GYNs have been female, too. I don't have a logical explanation but the idea of male OB/GYNs kind of creeps me out.

Female, always. I don't trust someone who doesn't have the same equipment to mess with mine

I voted both--my midwife/CNP were both ladies, but neither had delivery privileges at the hospital where we delivered, and the OB on-call that I saw when admitted and the OB who delivered me were both male (and I loved both of them...and the latter was very good-looking and had an accent. I didn't really notice but I tease DH about it sometimes

My OB is a male, and he was awesome. I picked him because I thought he would be the better surgeon out of the two in the practice. Thank goodness he ended up delivering me!!

Right now I see a female nurse practioner who is great. I was nervous seeing her for the first time because the only other time I had a female OBGYN, I was in so much pain after my pap. I didn't think a female would be so rough. My previous OBGYN was male and I literally felt nothing when he did my paps.
