I do not. I have a coworker in another department who is 66 or 67.
My perinatologist is turning 65 at the end of the year so he has to retire. He doesn't deliver babies or perform surgeries (and hasn't for years) and would love to work 2-3 more years FT but it is not an option.
Do you have a mandatory retirement age in your current position?

@MamaG: just his hospital's policy for FT physicians...you can still work per diem but you get bad schedules, etc and lose seniority perks.

I'm in education and we don't have a mandatory retirement age. My dad was a pilot for AA and they have a mandatory retirement age--I guess after a certain age, it becomes less likely that the pilots can pass the rigorous health exams given each year, and probably risks of heart attack/strokes go up. Not to mention eyesight and hearing issues. =)

I work in Christian ministry, and I know in some denominations including my own there is a mandatory retirement age for full-time ordained clergy: I believe it is somewhere around 66. Ministers can still work as Licensed Local Pastors/part-time but they are officially retired. My pastor actually cannot be ordained because she's actually above that mandatory retirement age, so she works as a local pastor. Still (over) full time but she's not officially ordained. I never knew there was a maximum until I found out from her--it's crazy to me because she's still one of the most entergetic people I know!

Mandatory retirement is illegal for most employers under the ADEA, but I think partnerships and certain other employers are excluded.

In the Canadian military, there is a compulsory retirement age of 60. However, quite a number of people switch over to similar public servant positions and continue to work for several more years. Of course, not everyone goes to CRA because after a certain number of years you do not get any additonal pension benefits.

DH's firm has one for partners. But I think it's like you stop getting the benefits partners do (profit sharing) at a certain age.
Maybe I should give myself a mandatory retirement age for this SAHM gig before "just doing this for a few years" becomes my life.

@autumnlove: that's crazy! Never heard of that. The grandfather of the kids I Nannied for is an Obgyn and practiced full time into his 80's!
