Do you have a point and shoot camera with Wifi?

Dumb question: what is the point of wifi on a camera? I'm sure there's a good reason, but it escapes me at the moment...

I almost got a Canon one last year, but didn't pull the trigger on it. Still curious though!
I am also considering getting an Eye-Fi card, but haven't researched it enough yet. Let us know if you get one and how you like it!

I have a Lumix ZS30. I just got it for Christmas so I haven't fully learned all the features yet, but I like it.
@LovelyPlum: Mine has the ability to sync it to my iphone. I can then use the phone as a remote rather than setting a timer and running to get in the picture, and near proximity uploading. Just put the phone beside the camera and the pictures transfer.

Yup I have a canon and love it! I previously had a Sony camera that was a lemon and had horrendous customer service from them so I vowed never to buy another camera from them.

I just got a Sony NEX 5T, which is essentially a point and shoot, but it's has interchangeable lenses. Maybe not what you're thinking of? I do love it though! It was WiFi and also NFC technology (which I can't use with my iPhone, darnit!).

We got the Canon sx280 for christmas. Unfortunately, I haven't set it up yet so I can't let you know how well it works. But I've read good things about it.
