My ring finger just got a rash or something from my wedding ring, so I took it off this morning to let it recover.
I don't really have any place to put my ring though... last time I took it off, I just stuck it under my monitor, but that didn't feel safe.
Do you have a ring holder, or some other place else you store your ring when you're not wearing it?

I have a spot where I put my rings, but DH could really use one. He's on his 2nd lost wedding ring, and I'm starting to get offended! He says the kids hid it..

Yes. We both do. Hubby can't wear his ring all of the time due to safety issues at work, so his its on a special dish in the bathroom. I have a little crystal holder on my nightstand that holds my rings at night and when I get home.

No. I was actually thinking about this this morning. I've been taking my rings off when I wash/brush/style my hair cause my rings rip my hair and this morning I found my little cat playing with my engagement ring. She was swatting it around! I need to be more careful but not really sure where is a safe place.

I almost knocked my ring off the counter into the sink once, so I bought this thing http://www.amazon.com/gp/aw/d/B005CI2UY4/ It has a bunch of 'branches', so DH can put his ring there too.

I have a little glass dish on the dresser in our room. DH doesn't wear a ring.

I have a little dish in my bathroom. That way I put it on right before I leave the house. I keep my jewelry box for all my other jewelry.

I have ring holders in my bathroom and in our living room. One of the first things I do when I come home is take off my rings and watch!

I have a little velvet-lined silver box on my nightstand that I put all the jewellery I wear on a daily basis (rings, pearl earrings, watch) into each night. I also have a crystal ring holder in one of our kitchen cupboards for the times I need to work with my hands and don't want to get my rings dirty.

I use the clay ring holder I had made for our wedding. It's on our bathroom counter. DH doesn't really take his ring off unless he is giving LO a bath and then he just puts it on the kitchen counter.

I have one on my night stand that I use every night. I also have one in the bathroom and one in the kitchen. I'm the kind of person who loses things, so I need to have a safe place for my rings. If and when I take them off, they must go in one of the dishes.

We have a ring dish in the bedroom because we usually take off our rings right when we get home and change. I have another one in the kitchen in case I forgot to take it off in the bedroom...

Yes. I only take ring off to shower or workout. My biggest fear is loosing my ring!

I don't have anything in the bedroom for when I take them off at night - they just go on my dresser. Hubs doesn't either. But next to the sink in the kitchen we have a ring holder that my dad had painted to match our wedding stuff. I'm not too worried about them falling off my dresser - if they fall, they'll just land on the bedroom floor - but I do not trust myself in the kitchen and worry about knocking them into the drain or something.

I have a ring holder that I keep on the perfume tray in the bathroom. I've never really thought about DH needing "a spot" as well @mrbee: so you bring up a good point! However, DH did develop some kind of metal allergy last year and rarely wears his ring or any of his watches anymore since they give him a rash (even his gold-plated watch!) Honestly, he always "holds" his ring on his keychain.

I was always notorious for losing my rings so I made sure I had a plan in place for my engagment/wedding rings. I only allow myself to take them off in 2 places: the kitchen and the bathroom, and in each place there is a ring box waiting for it. Otherwise I know i'd just lose track of them. Above the kitchen sink we use the little box our ring bearer carried down the aisle, and in the bathroom I use the orignal box from my engagement ring. I'm honestly shocked (and proud!) that I haven't lost them once!

yes i have 2! On in our kitchen by the kitchen sink for when I do dishes. I bought this one it's a hand blown glass piece at a small boutique. A little pricey but 100% unique and I love it!
My second one is in our bedroom on the dresser, I got it as a gift and I love it too. I always take my ring off when I sleep

Oh wow, we never never take ours off. I have a special jewelry box for those things anyway. When my fingers shrunk during pregnancy I put it there and put on another one. I guess most men don't have a lot of jewelry, though. I'd suggest a safe box in a safe place.

I never take my ring off for anything! Except for when I was pregnant and swollen I put it in back in the little black box it came in. DH just leaves his wherever! It drives me nuts.

When I do dishes I put my rings on the wick of a candle that is in a little glass so they're contained nicely. I also have a fancy little cat that's made for rings that's in our bathroom for when I take showers.

yes i have a little dish in my bathroom. so when i take off my contacts i also leave my rings there...scared it get them caught in the night on my blankets...
