I have one from back in my singleton days? Not sure what prompted me to sign up--- I need to make it current and actually start saving some add'l cash for DS' college!

YES!!! DO THIS!!
We had our financial adviser check it out, and they thought it was a great idea. We've made several hundred dollars in two years just with normal purchases. We have our credit cards linked to it and a credit card through them, as well as a high yield savings account through Sallie Mae that we have everything transferred over to.
It isn't something to count on to pay for the entirety of college, but it is awesome to make money from normal purchases that we would do anyway- every little bit helps. My MIL has even linked her cards into our accounts, so purchases she makes benefit us too
