And does LO like playing with them?
I'm thinking about getting DD the Happy Sounds Home but I'm not entirely sure she'll actually play with it. Does your LO have any Little People sets and do they like plain with them?

Mine has a farm and zoo and he really loves plays with all the animals.

@Boogs, which farm and zoo? DD loves making animal sounds so maybe those would be a good choice

DS has/had the farm, tractor and Noah's Ark...plus a few extra people and animals. Its in storage for LO and I plan on getting more because he really loved them.

Barn and school yard are her favorites.

We have the fun sounds farm. She plays with it on occasion but it's definitely not her favorite toy.

DD has the zoo. At 17.5 months shes not overly interested yet. She has figured out the sounds but gets bored with it quickly. I think in a few months she will really start to use it more.

My LO just got the smaller farm set from his grandma today. It has a small barn, tractor, and a couple of animals, but doesn't make sounds. He loves it! He also really likes a hand me down fire truck we got.

We have a plane and lots of Little People and Little animals. I bought her the farm and bus for Christmas!

My almost 1 year old has been playing with the barn one way better than I expected at her age.

I wouldn't pay full price for these, though. I would see if you can get a great sale or check out CL or a consignment store.

DD has the Noah's Ark and loves it! She has a kick out of taking the animals out and then putting them all back into the Ark.

He has the farm, the tractor, the zoo, the bus, the airplane, and the a horse/knight. He's getting the helicopter for Christmas. He's almost 2 and plays with ALL OF THEM! We rotate them every few days to keep things novel.
I've found quite a few of them at the second-hand kids stores and others like the zoo creatures I've picked up an animal each month or so.
He's just starting to understand the zoo and really play with it- we got it for his first birthday, so he's been growing into it for a while. Early on he just liked holding the animals, now he can work the noises and say the animal's name and sounds.

We have the Klip Klop stable and bus which she loves. For Christmas she will get the farm, happy sounds home, a tractor and the beauty and the beast people.

@autumnlove: lol, that sounds like fun! Their Disney characters are so tempting! I think my husband will be getting C the super heroes!
My first thought was, "How do you avoid tripping over that one, it's hard enough avoiding the visible ones?"

LO has the Disney Princess ones and the castle, as well as the Happy Sounds home. I want to get her Wonder Woman too. She LOVES them. I get tired of playing with them so much! Also, they are as bad to step on as Legos, at least for me they are!

We have the bus, airplane and fire truck. They are all big hits.

@BeachMama: Target often has the Farm on sale for $30ish. Amazon has it for $22 very often as well!

We have the farm and tractor.
She is getting the zoo and house for Christmas. She just got the nativity from my parents. All are used except the nativity.
She plays with them here and there but I think once she gets more into imaginative play, they will get used more.
