I'm actually surprised to read in another thread that I'm a bit in the minority. We do bathtime daily as part of our nightly routine.
Do you do bathtime daily? If not, now often do you give baths instead?

I do nightly baths daily with my almost 5 month old. I was doing every other night beginning at 3 months and switched to every night about 2 weeks ago. ETA: I switched to nightly because not only did I want my baby to be and feel clean while she sleeps, but I wanted to incorporate it into a soothing bedtime routine.

Nope. More like every 2-3 days. She has dry skin and is rarely actually dirty- like muddy or covered in marker. When that happens- straight in the bath.

Bath every other night for DD1 + DD2. On the days DD1 does not get a bath she will get a quick shower but that's only because she's in school and I want to make sure she gets a good cleaning after using the potty on her own.

Nope, at this point it's usually every 2-3 days in the winter. In the summer when it's not so dry and she's outside playing we take baths much more often.

Right now we're having a bit of bathtime phobia so she went a week with no bath and then it's been since Sunday. Trying to slowly reacclimate her!
Normally though we do baths every 3 days or so. She has dry skin and I've actually realized washing her hair even just twice a week was what was causing crazy knots in her hair all the time.

Every other night for my 4 year old in the winter time, and 2-3x/wk for my 10month old. During the summer they get bathed more often, but their skin gets too dry otherwise.

In the summer daily. She is so sweaty from playing outside I don't see how it can be any less. The winter is every other day usually. Mostly cause I got lazy when pregnant.

LO will only take showers at the moment and we take one every other day, sometimes in the morning and sometimes at night.

I can't do it every night in the winter due to their dry skin. But in summer it was more like every night.

We try for every other day. In the summer it seems like more. In the winter less

4yo gets one daily (or 6 times a week anyways) to clean up from school activities, but 8 month old only gets one once a week after swimming.

We did when he was a baby and needed a bedtime routine! Now that he's older, it's every few days. He loves bath time though and often asks for daily baths haha

Our 3 year old gets a morning shower with me most days. If we are trying to leave the house early I will give her a bath the night before. She gets pretty grubby and tends to need a thorough cleaning every single day. The baby gets washed 2-3 times a week but I wipe her face and hands off daily.

We do one every 2-3 days. My lo has eczema so daily baths aren't recommended.

She hated the bath until about 4. In the summer it's more frequent but ... We're once a week.

DD (13 mos) gets a shower maybe 4 nights a week, depending on how messy dinner was. MY skin can only handle every other day, so I just feel like she'd be itchy and uncomfortable with daily bathing.

Winter is every other day or less. She gets a wipe down. Summer its daily.

We had been doing daily baths from when DD was a very young baby, but I started to notice her skin was starting to get really dry so we switched to every other day.

DS gets a bath every night. It's a part of his bedtime routine and I like to rinse off all of the day's grime. To avoid problems with dry skin, we don't use soap and apply eczema safe moisturizer liberally right after.

One or two baths at home each week & showers after her 2 swimming lessons each week.

Until he was 15 more or less, we had a bath ever day. Then every other day or every third depending on what time we get home and what time we have to leave the next day.

We aim for at least every other day because otherwise, frankly, my son gets a little gross!
Three afternoons per week, our sitter gives him bath. Two afternoons per week we use grandparent care and they are a little more inconsistent about the bath. I almost never bother with it if they have skipped it. And we usually give him one bath over the weekend.
It is definitely not part of a "routine" though. Takes too long. I can't handle daily routines that have a long time commitment.

DD1 gets a bath every night as part of her routine. DD2, who's 2.5 months old, gets one every couple of days after big sister goes to bed (and every now and then gets to be in her baby tub in with DD1, but it's huge so not ideal). When the baby can sit up on her own, they'll have one together every night before bed.
ETA: Especially in winter, we don't wash/scrub/use soap every night. But she does get in the bath to rinse off and play.

@Boogs: Not yet daily because he doesnt need it (almost 14 months). Every second or third night!

Every night for my 4yo and 2yo. They love it and it's a good transition to bedtime.

Daily for the 3 year old. It's part of his routine and he likes it. Now the 5 month old is lucky to get once a week . We've been struggling with bedtime and sleep and sleep training and it's super hard to be a WOHM and commute an hour home, make dinner and get one kid in bed by 6:30, much less add a bath in there.

3 year olds are gross, so yes I bathe him daily. My 7 month old gets bathed every other day or so.
