We don't right now, but we will when we move. I had to go all last summer, pregnant, living on the 3rd floor in an apartment, during a heat wave, with a tiny little wall unit that didn't work. So I'm pretty excited to have central air now!

Yes, but the 5 years DS and I lived with my mom we didn't. The house cooled pretty well for the most part but winters were killer with the drafty wood floors! burrrrrrrr.
Lol... the funny thing is how our 2 story townhouse cools/heats. Now that temps have dropped it'll be like a sauna upstairs and still cold downstairs and vise versa in the summer! doh!

Yes, there is no way I would survive summer in Atlanta without it.

Nope. I hate it so much!! We have a two story house with one AC unit on each floor. It's not enough to keep the house cool. We're having to switch DS's bedroom with the guest room (which is smaller) because it gets too hot in his room.

Yep, I actually didn't know it was fairly normal to not have central air until we moved to Minnesota!

Yes! I can't imagine living without it in Texas.

Yes. Living in Florida, it's so foreign to me that there are areas of the country where this isn't common at all. I used to live in Chicago and it was almost impossible to find apartments with central air (which is crazy, because it gets wicked hot there). At my last apartment in Florida I had a window unit, and it was pretty awful.
