Omg these dogs in our neighborhood bark like crazy at night time, it wakes LO up every time. Makes me so mad. Do you have this problem?

UGH! YES! There is one family who lives two yards over on the next street behind us and all they do is BARK. All. Night. Long. Luckily J's room is on the other side of the house so it's not as loud, but our dogs (inside dogs) sometimes get going with them and that will wake him up. Makes me so mad!
The big issue we have is our across the street neighbors and their crappy old camaro that they think is hot shizz and their motorcycles. Those wake J up every.single.time. I want to just knock on their door and hand him over when he's screaming and say "Have fun!"

@babyjmama: ugh our LO's bedroom is right next to the barking dogs! We have that problem too with cars and people revving up their engines!

I'll never understand the engine revving. Dogs? Sure. They're big dumb animals, (i'm totally a dog person, but let's be honest, the barkers? not that bright) but people revving engines? Get over yourself. You are short, tubby and bald. Not impressed.

A white noise machine can save the day!!

@mrbee: We've actually thought about getting one! His humidifier helps drown out some noise but I don't think it quite does the trick.......

It seems like people only have inside dogs around here.

my dog is one of those dogs.she usually sleeps all night, but if she's ever up and there's a squirrel/raccoon/rabbit/leaf outside the window, you can bet she'll start barking. amazingly, lil' CB sleeps through it, but it wakes me and mr. cowboy up and we start frantically shushing her.
