Probably in my late 20s? Not enough to dye yet, but it seems to run in the family. Plus I have very dark hair so one gray hair is more obvious than if I was blonde, haha.

Got my first silver hair when I was 18. It was my only one for a long time (I'd pluck it and it would grow back). In my 20s I got a few more. Then in the last 2 years I have gotten enough that it no longer makes sense to pull them out. Right now most of them are kind of underneath the top layer of hair, so I am leaving them be. Not sure if/when I will start coloring.
ETA: I have brown european hair. Quite fine, but thick.

Ugh... I got a few around 27/28, but I really feel like they increased during/after pregnancy! I'm still only 29, but I've started using hair dye every 4-6 months because I'm self-conscious - although DH and my sister both say it's not noticeable and think I'm crazy!
Edit: Dark brown hair, so it IS noticeable!
