I'm nearing the limit on one of my memory cards and debating on whether to delete the pics or get a new one? I am so paranoid that my comp will crash and snapfish will disapper one day so I haven't deleted any pics yet.

I delete them once they are on the computer. I back them up with an external hard drive and I also print photo books. I'm not too concerned about losing them.

Have you looked into a place to backup all your pictures aside from your hard drive and snapfish. Just in case (knock on wood) you lose your memory card!

I do this too. I delay deleting it from the card... even though I have it on my computer and 2 external hard drives. Get an external to copy pictures on to also. And don't worry, even if your computer crashes and you can't boot, which is usually and operating system issue.. as long as your hard drive is still functional, you can usually get all the data on it.

I upload them to my hard drive. My dad, sister, and I share an external hard drive that we back up to once every few months, as well. And all of our wedding photos and videos are backed up on a thumb drive. But pretty much as soon as I upload them to my hard drive, I reformat the memory card and clean it out.

I have so many memory cards and they're all huge so, I do leave pictures on there. I do move them all to our two external hard drives once a month, though.
