What app do you use?
I think I will start (for the 3rd time) the 30 Day Shred next week and I want to track my progress. Maybe I will use a sticker chart....my toddler would love it.

Not very helpful, but I just use an Excel spreadsheet! I used to just use the built-in tracker in RunKeeper, but when I started doing activities other than running/walking, Excel was the only option that recorded everything I wanted.

Ha I use the Notes section of my iPhone to keep track of which day of the 30DS I'm on...I won't remember otherwise because of mommy brain!

If keeping track of walking distance/times/calories burned then yes! I don't really do official workouts though.

Yup I just keep track of it on google calendar. I have a separate calendar I created for workouts - and I just log a quick overview like "Insanity" or "3mi run" or something like that. I'm always on gcalendar so it's easy for me to track that way.

I used to (when I actually worked out, hehe). I prefer to do it by hand, so I used a little planner/calendar.

Oooh, I never have before--but I like this idea! I might like a sticker chart as much as your toddler does.

@autumnlove: I printed that chart and taped it to the bathroom mirror...I love crossing out a day each time I shred! (I'm not fancy enough for stickers )

I print out training plans for my running. I keep it on the fridge and cross off the day once its complete. I also write the times did each run in. It makes me feel good to cross the days off lol.

I use Map My Fitness and then I also log my workouts into My Fitness Pal because that's where I track my food/calories.

I only track my running, which can't do right now. But I use DailyMile when doing that.
