It's like Paypal, but without the fees! I think it would be great for those of us who like to buy/sell on HB Classifieds, instead of Paypal, for that reason alone.

@locavore_mama: I think I tried to send money to you this way (the "friends and family" thing?) but I had to pay the fees because I wanted to use a credit card instead of my bank account and didn't have a paypal balance.

When I do eBay I pay the fees. -
@locavore_mama: I would strongly recommend not using Paypal's gift feature for non-gift purchases! You would have no buyer protection, and it's only a matter of time before someone takes advantage... or a package gets lost in the mail, and you might find yourself at the mercy of the seller (who may not be reachable, for any number of reasons).
When I do eBay I pay the fees. Reply
