Tubes: My mom and MIL.

Vasectomy: A couple of uncles. One after his divorce because he said he never wanted to be trapped my another witch again! Lol

I have a few friends who have had their tubes tied. Both of them knew they were done and they had c-sections and it's apparently pretty easy for the doc to do the procedure while they're in there getting the baby out. But vasectomies are much more common because it's less invasive and more reversable than a woman having her tubes tied. I know lots of people who have done that.

My co-worker had her tubes tied right after her last delivery (c-section).

Several of our male friends have had vasectomies recently.

My mom had a c-section after my little sister was born. She was 33 and had 2 kids, so she knew she was finished having children.

My sister talked a dr into tying her tubes. She has one son and doesn't want any more.

FIL had a vasectomy. They have 5 kids (3 adopted, 2 biological!)
DH wants to get snipped when we're done.. but I don't know how I feel about it.

My mom has her tubes tied cause she went into kidney failure and almost died with my youngest sister. She was very young when it was done cause she was a young Mom but always said how sad it made her. She and my Dad divorced and she couldnt have kids with my step dad.

My FIL is also snipped. I actually found out at a concert we all attended where they were handing out condoms. He just said "OH no no, I had an operation"
