We just started moving DS (3 months) towards a bedtime routine. It seems that his emerging bedtime is 9 p.m. and he usually sleeps until 8 a.m. with one nightime feed. He gets kind of nasty in the evening if he doesn't have a catnap but I wonder if it affects his nighttime sleep. Usually the catnap is from 7-7:30 or so. Tonight 7:25-7:40. We achieve the catnap either by putting him in his swing unswaddled (or one arm out...he bonks himself after a bit and wakes up). Or, by an evening stroll.
I wonder if his bedtime should be earlier....but he's not the type of baby that will take milk unless he is hungry and his last feeding was 5:45...meaning he wouldn't be ready for another meal until 8 or so.
Anyone else have a baby on this schedule? Tips on if I should just move the bedtime up altogether?
