I've actually never had one, that I can remember...maybe when I was little!

I love them, but only if they DON'T have anything crunchy in them! Just eggs, mayo and mustard for me! Oh and a little s&p

I enjoy egg salad in general, and I've never had it with pickle, I will need to try! I love pickles!

LOVE them so very much. I like anything that has egg in it. Deviled eggs, eggs in my hamburger and sandwiches, fried rice, tomato and eggs with rice, fried eggs with chives, omg I can go on and on...

Love them - but it has to be on squishy white bread. Egg and olive is a good combo, too!

Umm I literally just got done making one for myself to bring for lunch tomorrow! I have been craving them, so I usually have them a few times a week. I don't like anything crunchy in mine--just eggs, mayo, mustard, salt and pepper. So yummy! Oh and I use the Kraft mayo made with olive oil--less fat and tastes just as good.

Yup! Adding a little crunch is good, and so is lettuce and tomato!

i've never had it with pickles! I only put celery, parsley and mayo in it, and sometimes finely chopped kale. Have you ever tried curried egg salad sandwich? So delicious!

I don't like them chopped up and mixed with mayo, chicken salad style. BUT i do like hard boiled eggs sliced and put on a sandwich with mayo and cheese and bacon for breakfast. I think it's a texture thing for me. I can't do the scoopable, chopped up egg salad.

Love them! Wish I was better at peeling hard boiled eggs! I'd have it more often.

Love! @Mrs. Fix: if you put baking soda in the water when boiling eggs, the shells just come right off!

also free-range eggs tend to be fresher and the fresher the egg the easier it is to peel.
i learned this on pinterest of course!

@Crumbs: Same! No onion, yuck!
I don't like anything in mine except for egg, mayo, and black pepper. Delicious

@mrsbee, I thought the LESS fresh the egg, the easier it is to peel?! Whenever I try to boil and peel new eggs, they end up getting mauled!
I always steam mine in an electric steamer steamer basket, then dunk them in ice water, which seems to be easier for me.
