I hated leftovers until DH and I got married and we cracked down on eating out all the time. I LOVE cooking once and getting to eat something twice or more - half the work and clean-up!

It depends on the food! Most of the time, I dislike left overs.
Unless its pizza. Cold pizza makes the best breakfast!

I LOVE leftovers... I don't know why. Especially at my parents house. Whenever we visit i always scope the fridge for leftovers and they laugh at me. My mom said she sometimes saves extra for me to have leftover if she knows I'm visiting. Ha.

I don't love the taste of leftovers (reheated food just doesn't taste the same to me!) but I love the convenience. And I hate to waste. So we always eat leftovers, even though they're not my taste preference.

I'm a fan because they become my lunch the next day or sometime during the week! Saves money, and sometimes, things just taste better as leftover than freshly made like pasta!

I love not having to cook again! DH hated leftovers before me & G STILL hates them... we actually just had a meltdown over him not wanting to each lunch b/c it was "not new" spaghetti! Sigh.

@runsyellowlites: But day old spaghetti is way better! haha! I use my mom's spaghetti sauce recipe and it gets better the longer it sits in my opinion.

@runsyellowlites: My son hates leftovers too, we had a lovely "little" meltdown last week over leftover beer can chicken.
I am all for them if it's the right food (I dislike leftover steak, and leftover fish), today I'm hoping my husband didn't eat the leftover chicken fajitas with cilantro lime rice so I can go home and have one for lunch!

Somethings reheat better than others and some things need to "cook" longer - like pasta salad and cucumber salad always taste better after they've marinated overnight.

@grizz: He's always liked leftover spaghetti, said it was "better". His it's "not new" thing & pickiness is getting a bit out of control these days. =/
@StbHisMrs: If it was just it being leftovers it wouldn't be that big of a deal... he refuses to eat almost 80% of what I cook without a fight! =(

@Chillybear: Yes! I made a layered pasta salad last night for us to eat tonight. It just doesn't taste as good if we eat it right away.

@runsyellowlites: We go through that every once in a while too, he use to be the best eater! Now that he's older he refuses to eat anything with a speck of fat, he could live off of pasta!!
