I like it everywhere but on pasta! lol! Salads, sandwiches, as a cracker spread, sure, but I want some SAUCE on my pasta!

Pesto is my favorite! I make a super yummy chicken spinach pesto penne pasta. Looks super fancy at a dinner party and stores great. I always eat it as a cold pasta salad for lunch the next day

I loove pesto. I made a batch of pesto last week, and made a shrimp-asparagus-pea pasta with pesto-cream sauce. Totally a spring dish, but i just happened to have the ingredients on hand!

Love it! I used to make a pesto chicken pizza a lot but now that we have lo I'm waiting for her to get older so she can eat nuts before I start making it again.

Does pesto always contain pine nuts/walnuts? I don't think I've ever had it and it bothers me that I can't imagine what it tastes like!

It usually does, but I have left it out before, @spaniellove. It loses that nutty flavor but it would still be very herb-y if you left those out!
I LOVE it on a hot pressed panini with mozzarella and tomato slices. And tomato soup to dip into! YUM

mmmm I love pesto! I harvested a bunch of basil from my garden during the summer and made a huge batch- I froze the extra in ice cube trays so I can enjoy it all winter
