I loooooove pesto! I feel like I do not see a lot of pesto dishes in restaurants, though. I could eat it all the time so I mainly have it at home.

I love it! One of the best sandwiches I ever had was a panini with grilled chicken breast, roasted red peppers, mozzarella cheese and pesto! I still think about it a decade later! (And that restaurant was awesome, too--they'd deliver bottles of wine with your food!)

Yum yum yum! We have it a few times a month. My son and husband love it too. I also once made an amazing cilantro pesto using pepitas from a Martha Stewart recipe. We are growing basil and cilantro in our garden this year!
