So many of you have such strong opinions about this color lol it cracks me up whenever one of you exclaims (well, I assume exclaiming, you can't tell in writing!) that your daughter won't like pink (or something to that effect) lol I laugh.
Anyway, I went through a phase of hating pink when I was a teenager, but I love it now. Sadly I don't look good in it, so you could never tell that I love it. If I had a girl, her room will be aqua and pink

Nope never have! If we have a girl I will probably still dress her in pink but not exclusively. If shes anything like me she will be wearing blue and playing sports with the boys at recess!

I'm not a fan but it's growing on me with all the cute outfits in the nursery closet. My husband loves pink so I have a feeling I'll be outnumbered when it comes to pink things in the house for our little girl!!

@Lindsay05: funny thing is, that was me too! I had three brothers so I totally played in the mud and skid on my bike for fun. But I also love all things girly! I think it's a good balance.

I'm not a fan of pink myself and have been buying as many non-pink outfits as possible, however I am not objecting to her wearing pink. If she loves it then that is great! I look horrible in the color, so that's why I avoid it

I love pink! And LO looks so good in it! I went through a period of hating pink when I was in high school because I was trying to be dark and mysteriously rebellious. But I like it so much! But, my and LO's heart beats for purple.

Not really a fan of pink, but there are some cute pink things! I REALLY don't like purple! Actually, I don't really like pastels. Or things with rainbows or unicorns or most butterflies or ladybugs. Lol, I guess I'm not cut out for 'girly' things!

I look terrible in it, so I don't wear it, but I like it! If its got polka dots, ruffles or bows on it, I guarantee it's in my daughter closet. Lol

Nope. One reason I was glad to be Team Green was no pink.LOL But ironically, hot pink is Baby Bear's color. She looks great in it!

I like pink, but I wish there were more girly options out there for babies! There are a bunch in clothes, but as I was working on my registry I found that if I just wanted the "generic" it was still pink, yellow/green, and blue.

i love pink! it was my favorite color when i was little and i still love it...but in moderation. a little here and there in my wardrobe and if i have a girl, a few pink outfits. but i don't know how i'd feel about pink walls, pink sheets, pink everything.

Not a fan, but I don't like peach either. I don't care if my daughter likes pink, but if she wants to paint her room pink, it will be a very light pink. I do own two pink shirts, though.

I actually never buy anything pink! For shirts I always lean toward gray, navy, lavender, white...I, too, don't look good in pink. I do like the color in moderation. I'll buy a pink water bottle or a pink phone case just because it's girly.
Even DD has a lot of coral, lavender and white's in her closet more so than pink.

I also hated pink for years. But really, I'm an artist, I can't hate a colour.
I do get a bit twitchy over how all the baby girl clothes are pink. I kind of understand that it's nice if they're girly so that people don't tell you what a cute little boy you have (although, they will still do that!) but why is it so hard to even find purple?

I am indifferent to it. I don't own anything pink and I haven't used it any decorating. I also don't have a daughter and haven't been bombarded with pink clothing, so I don't feel so overexposed to it.

I like pink, but not really because of its perceived feminine qualities. It's just as nice a color as any others.
I'm sure I'd like it a lot less if my child was being painted in it.

I didn't like pink in the past but like it now. I also didn't want LO to wear a lot of pink, but once I put the first pink item on her, it was all over. Little girls do look so cute in pink!

Only certain shades. I like pale pink (like blush) and deeper pinks. But I hate bubble gum pink.
