Usually, no. Unless its condiments like ketchup for my fries or soy sauce for my rice and eggs.

I put a little bit of extra salt on pretty much everything I make. I've been trying to cut back on the salt that I cook with since E eats it too and D and I like things salty.

I usually put salt & pepper on everything. I don't use a lot of salt while cooking because I used to have a problem of over salting everything. So, we just add whatever salt we need after its cooked!

Hot sauce! DH & I put hot sauce (different kinds for different foods) on almost everything!

Not usually, but my husband puts hot sauce on everything. Sometimes it ticks me off when I make a really nice meal and he covers in in Louisiana. I rarely add anything to cooked food.

@BananaPancakes: DH does the same thing!!!!
I will always taste it first before I season to see if it needs anything. I rarely add salt but will add pepper. I tend to taste as I go when I'm cooking so I usually don't need to add anything at the table. Unless it's cheese. Cheese is usually necessary.

@BananaPancakes: Mine too! He's obsessed with Tapatio! It kind of annoys me.
I love seasoning my food. I actually don't think salt is bad for you so long as you are using quality salt like Celtic sea salt it Himalayan pink salt -- more expensive, but well worth it!

Generally no, unless the chicken is overcooked... then that calls for some ketchup!

I sometimes add a bit more salt and usually add freshly ground pepper.

I do salt, pepper, or hot sauce depending on what it is. DH does not like anything spicy, so I have to add pepper and or hot sauce to my plate only.

I like to use Lawry's seasoned salt in place of regular salt for some extra flavor. And I always use a pinch of sugar in savory dishes because I think it brings out the flavor (at least it does in my mind)

Nope,, but that's because I do most of the cooking, and I season as I go. DH puts sriracha or Frank's Red Hot sauce on everything.

I do. Salt, pepper, hit sauce, red pepper flakes, ketchup, mustard. I love all the things!
