I love it so much! I've cut out all bread and am missing it a lot... but I feel much healthier. Bread is my favorite thing though, so it's quite a loss. Wish I could have a blueberry muffin right now!

Oh, I LOVE bread!! I did a low carb diet a couple of years ago and felt so well, not bloated, more energy - but I missed bread so much!!
You know that scene in Lord of the Rings where Gollom accuses Samwise of eating all the rations and he says "fat hobbit ate all the bread". That's what DH calls me - fat hobbit! Not because he's mean (he's not calling me fat, as such) but because I always eat all the bread!!!!

Yes, I could live off of rolls and bread for the res of my life if I needed to I could never ever do those carb-free diets because I just HAVE to have my bread!!

I love bread, and it's one of the hardest things for me to give up. I choose healthier breads now, but once in a while i love a nice french baguette with olive oil and sea salt. Yum!

I love bread too! My favorite is German rye toasted with butter. Yum! I do need to cut down on my bread intake and that makes me sad.

YES I'm a total carb & grain lover! Could never and would never give it up unless I had to for medical health reasons!
That being said we don't eat bread a ton. And when we do I try to go for the whole/seven grain, oat etc.

Only if it's smothered in butter or cheese.......so I guess I really just like cheese and butter and carbs are like a vehicle for it to make it into my mouth!
I also don't do grains, so now I just eat cheese and butter in new and exciting ways.

@mrbee: For me, it's anything that's high in fibre (4-5g per slice). Lately i've been eating sprouted whole grain breads for my morning toast. In general, i just try to find breads that aren't made from enriched white flour, though it's harder to tell when you buy loaves from the bakery.
