Yep - can't leave the bedroom in the morning without it being made! It drives me crazy otherwise. Even if I'm running late, I still have to make the bed before I leave.

Nope! To be honest, we don't even share covers, much less make the bed. Hubs is a covers hog so we both have our own comforter on the bed and don't really use the flat sheet.

We make the bed about 90% of the time. I love getting in to bed at night when the bed is made and getting under the covers. So cozy!

@Boogs: That's the only time we do. It feels so nice to climb in to a fresh, clean bed.

I voted for "sometimes" but it's really "occasionally!"

Yeah. Probably half the time. Only if I have time!

I was really good when our bedding was nice and new. Now that its almost a year old I've gotten lazy.

We make it right before bed. It drives my husband insane, but I can't get in a messy bed and it never occurs to me until I'm about to go to sleep.

Never! We only sleep with one sheet and one thin blanket, though. I make the bed on weekends and when i wash the sheets

Before LO, every morning i'd make the bed, but ever since LO arrived, hardly ever make the bed unless we have company over.

Every day. DH is really bad at keeping sheets and blankets ON the bed. So every morning he helps me re-make it. makes the OCD part of my soul very happy

Rarely, but when I feel like the bedroom is looking tidy that is the cherry on the cake and I make sure to clean it.

I'd say we make the bed 4-5 days a week. DH does it most of the time. I don't really know why, but I hate making the bed.

Yes, but only bc if I don't the dog gets under the overs and gets them all hairy.

No, it never made sense to me. I only make it if we have company visiting or if I'm taking a picture in the room where it would show up/be in the background!

Before pregnancy? Yes - always - every.single.day. Now? Meh, maybe every other day? DH can't stand it though and has to make the bed enough that the sheets and blankets are straight before we go to sleep.

Yes! There's nothing like climbing into a clean, neatly made bed at night. One of the few true luxuries in life.
cantaloupe / 6751 posts
Yup! I always make the bed in the morning. If I'm running late, I'll make it the first chance I get. I can't stand sleeping in an unmade bed.

Yes always! I made bed always makes me feel better! plus I love our bed and love linen!!! My husbands made the bed this morning and put the cushions in the wrong order ( lol)
honeydew / 7917 posts
I used to make the bed so that it would give the appearance of an orderly room. It's no use now because my LO loves to roll around and play on the bed.
wonderful olive / 19353 posts
Nope because no one comes over to our house. And when we do have guests, they never come to our bedroom! If I'm staying at someone else's house then I do.
wonderful pear / 26210 posts
Yes, but I streamlined it. No fancy pillows or throws, it's all utilitarian.

@chopsuey119: hehe thanks its look better when I make it ( lol)

I voted yes. We don't have a matching bed set (well we do but don't use it) instead we both have our own comforters that we like to use. Niether match but I still make the bed everyday. I feel like our house is dirty if all of the beds aren't made.
