I am scared to massage Olive, since she's a newborn... so I just kind of touch her skin gently.
Charlie loves a good foot massage though... I give him a quick one when I'm getting him dressed at night. I have also been teaching him how to massage my back... is that child labor, or good parenting? I vote for good parenting!

HAHA. I used to step on my parents' backs. I also massaged their legs. 
My LOs shall do the same for us.
I gently "massage" my LO, but nothing like those baby massage videos I've seen.

@chopsuey119: Good idea! Charlie's hands are too small to give a satisfying back rub. I can't wait for him to grow up so that his hands get bigger!

yep, its part of our bedtime routine. Liv LOOOVES her massages. Ive been doing them since she was born. Now I have to skip her toes though, since she constatnly has them in her mouth lol

I gently massaged LM's tummy when she was a newborn to help her to get gas out. It didn't seem effective for gas but she seemed to enjoy it!
When I was a kid, my uncle would give me a wooden backscratcher and have us scratch his back with it. It was entertaining for a few minutes, but then you realize it's work! Haha.

I kinda do, after bath time (ha, I just actually typed bathy time). I put lotion on her after her baths and she seems to like it. I rub her tummy a lot too, she just sits there and looks at me. It's the cutest thing.
