I've found it to be a lifesaver to nurse to sleep in our bed for naps...and I fall asleep too! I make sure there are no blankets or pillows near his face, but I do worry that he may be too young for it...he is 16 days old.

I did for at least the first 2 months! Sometimes he just slept on me while I watched a movie or something.

I did but sometimes it was unintentionally. I was just exhausted.

All of the time! My midwife encouraged that I do so from day 1 to get as much rest as possible. I quickly learned that I felt a lot better when I just nursed side laying with her and continue to do so now...she's 6 weeks.

LO is 17 days old and napping with him is necessary for survival! I just remove the covers and pillows from the bed, and he sleeps between me and his co-sleeper.

We used to lay together for her mid afternoon nap for the first 4 months. She would be swaddled and of course no pillows or blankets around. It was really nice

Yep sometimes. I don't do it all the time because I don't want her to only be able to sleep on me.

I did all the time on maternity leave. DH gets her down for her 1st nap every weekend, and then they usually nap together.

Definitely yes--with no sheets/pillows, you should be ok.

Definitely yes! I didn't sleep as soundly, but definitely got rest!
