I snore by default, because I'm a mouth breather. So, not loud, nasaly snoring through the nose; but I definitely make noise when I sleep... I think I have a clogged airway.

Rob Sr. insists that I do snore, but I think I'm just a heavy sleep breather. Hehe. Doesn't matter anyway since he sleeps thru everything.
Rob Sr., on the other hand, is extremely active while sleeping. He does everything-- snores, grinds his teeth (three different ways), talks in his sleep, tosses and turns... you name it. I have literally not gotten a single good night's sleep since we started living together. I wake up (to full consciousness... not sure how many times I half-wake up and do not remember the next morning!) at least 3 times a night to hit him or roll him onto his side if he's snoring. If he's grinding his teeth and doesn't have a nightguard in, I have to wake him up to make him stop.
It's worse when he's tired but like @Mr. Bee, he's always tired

@mrs. wagon: That sounds terrible for both him and you! Has he seen a sleep expert?

@mrbee: he has not, but I'd love him to. He's been this way his whole life... his little brother attests to it! They shared a room most of their lives.
