And if so, how does she crawl? I always end up tying her dress up with my hair tie. Not very cute....

I avoid dresses right now if I can help it because she keeps crawling on the dress and getting frustrated. I didn't think about that when I bought all of her new clothes
I might have to try out your trick though.

We avoided dresses until she was walking steadily (just started now around 13 months). I am so happy to be able to buy dresses now that she can grow into!

I only put her in dresses every now and then but she kind of learned how to get around in them anyways she just moved them out of her way

We do short dresses. I love dresses on her but they have to let her move. I remember seeing a DIY once for adjusting dresses for crawling. I'll go look for it...
