Mostly fiction, but nothing of really high quality. I've joined a book club though, and those books are pretty good (aka not "fluff"). Some ones you might enjoy are: Left Neglected and The Night Circus.

Non fiction I've enjoyed lately are Two Kisses for Maddy and The Glass Castle.

I read pretty much only Fiction. I read for pure enjoyment though, not to really learn anything, I enjoy the escape!

I read almost zero non-fiction. I'm a fiction girl all the way!

Fiction. I love mysteries!

Both, I usually alternate between the two.

I read it all! I'm an avid reader, I read mostly fiction, creative non-fiction (memoir), and poetry.

For fiction right now I've been reading the "Bones" books. "Room" was really good, although it took a bit of time for me to get used to the voice of the young protagonist. Non-fiction reading--Wild. But the best non-fiction I've read in a long time was "Unbroken."

I won't recommend any poetry because I know that basically only poets read poetry

This may sound strange since I don't actually know you, @mrbee, but as far as fiction goes I think you might like a book called Ready Player One by Ernest Cline.

I probably read an even split of fiction and nonfiction, although if we're counting stuff I read to LO, then my percentages are heavily weighted toward fiction/poetry. Right now, I'm in the middle of Treasure Island and Around the World in 80 Days. (For me, not LO. And no, I don't teach high school English! ) My favorite nonfiction authors are Simon Winchester and Alain de Botton. Those two are really excellent most of the time. (But everyone has duds, you know? So if by chance you get one of those, give these guys another shot.)

95% fiction!

For pleasure mostly fiction, but I have been reading lots of non-fiction since LO came around (parenting, nutrition type books). So it might be about 50/50 now.

Nonfiction. Fiction is so hard for me to get into these days, which is weird because for the longest time I loved fiction!

I am almost exclusively non fiction reader but I read Hunger Games, the first book was awesome considering it was fiction.
