I don't! Haha I write down the major ones but besides that nope. Sometimes moms that are going through a certain phase ask when your LO went through x,y,z and I truly have no idea!

I remember vaguely the month-ish that he reached milestones, since we're just out of the first year. And I remember major ones like sttn, eating solids, walking, etc. Probably wont last much longer

No! I'm trying to remember how long each LO stayed in newborn diapers and I can't!! Size 1? No idea...ugh. I should have written it down.
