I am looking back on pics of M when she was a newborn- 3 months, and I am having such a hard time remembering what she was like when she was that little, it is making me so sad!! She is still only 8 months now, so I feel badly that I have so quickly forgotten things. When i see pics, I remember her looking like that, but I forget how she cried, what she did, and just how she was in general. I am getting so sad...does anyone else have a hard time remembering those newborn/early months??

Yes! I feel this way, too. I only started taking a lot of videos of her at around 2 months and I wish I had taken more when she was so brand new.
I was lifting her up and holding her yesterday and thought to myself, "Wow she is so big now, I can't even remember what this was like when she was tiny." and got super sad. If it's like this now - how can I possibly remember years down the road?! -
omg I look at pictures of DS all the time! he's 19 months old and it's like, where did my bitty baby go?
all these BFPs on here and hello baby fever!! lol -
We were watching old videos last night from when he was tiny and it made me SO sad that its going by so fast! Which is hard because I love the age that he's at right now!

I took so many videos of her so that I can remember it. When I watch them, I think about how different she is and how I hardly remember her being like that.

@lindseykaye: it's true when they say it goes by in the blink of an eye! I too wish we had more videos of her as a newborn, but life was do hectic then it was hard to remember!
@rachiecakes: lol! Yea I can't even imagine how I will feel when she is 19 months!! I hear it just keeps on getting better though... Right?? Lol
@Running Elley: it's such a bittersweet feeling; I loveee this age too and they are SO fun, but it's still sad they are growing up! At least you have 1 on the way and you will get to experience it all over again soon!!!
@BabyBoecksMom: I wish we took more when she was itty bitty. We take a lot now though.

My LO is almost 20 months and is definitely a little girl and not really a baby. When I hold my friends' babies I can't believe my LO was ever so teeny tiny...and when I look at pictures I can't remember her being so small

Totally feel the same way. Spent tpday reading old blog posts amd it's still a blur!!! Time is flying at lightning speed!
