I don't. I live soooo far from most of my friends so I rarely see people I know when I'm out eating or doing errands.
I have run into friends when I have been on vacation...this has happened in Boston, Hong Kong and Vancouver! Go figure...

Rarely. I live in my home town but we just don't hang out in the same places.
I'm ok with that usually. My friend ran into my ex at a bar once. I don't have to worry about running into him, I don't go to bars!

Never! Nobody lives in our area--they all live about 30 min away in other suburbs.

I run into friends and acquaintances often, a little less since LO was born but I think it's easier to bump into my friends in the city.

We just moved back to a small town (less than 20,000) where both DH and I grew up. I see people I know allthetime, but it's rare that I actually want to talk to them - haha. I usually avoid eye contact at all costs!

Yes! DH and I try and see who can spot more people that we know when we're out to dinner or the mall. I usually win

I used to but most of our friends moved farther out so now it's pretty rare.

We all live in different cities from our friends, but we all eat at similar establishments and shop at the same malls so every once in a while we do run into someone we know.

Yeah, we see people out a lot. Walking the dog, at the grocery store, out to dinner...we own a local business so we see clients everywhere, too.
