i missed my physical last year, i called to book one 'cause i got one of those letters in the mail scolding me for going without one for the year, nov 7th was the soonest i could get an appt! hahaha, apparently everyone has already booked for the year! whoops!

i see other drs on the regular though. i need to make an appt with the dentist, thank you for the reminder!

only recently have i started to become more serious about it since i have kids.

now i see my gp every year and get a physical (no longer need an ob since we're done with kids and can get my annual through my gp). I also go to the dermatologist to get my moles checked once a year since I'm mole-y. And I go to the dentist twice a year.

I do! I had my physical last July and an eye exam last May. So I am due for another eye exam, and I should go to the dentist but I hate going to the dentist; almost more than anything else. I would rather scrub my bathroom with a toothbrush than go to the dentist.

I need to have physicals every year now as a nursing student to get my vaccinations and make sure I don't have any communicable diseases
