Yep, we have a shared Google calendar too Makes things super easy for knowing each others appointments, work functions, etc.

We do - it's super handy.

We've also been sharing our Google calendars (and have a joint one) for years. I just scrolled back through our calendars and we started in March 2006--so 8 years! I definitely remember this immediately cutting down on our squabbles over "couple scheduling" and accusations of forgetfulness when one would make plans conflicting with another engagement.

I love it--we put reminders in there to each other, family birthdays, alarms to move the car (for street cleaning, to avoid an expensive ticket), etc. I still have my own desk calendar at work that I love, but having a web-based joint calendar is invaluable.

Our schedules ended up getting so crazy (especially with my tutoring sessions all over the place) that I made a paint chip calendar for our living room to keep track of everything. We take a photo of it with our phones when it gets updated so we can keep track of eachother's plans and appointments.

We have a shared Google calendar but I never put anything on it, I always forget! It is mostly for me to see DH's schedule b/c I can never remember when he has which class and what time he gets out. Sometimes I write joke stuff in there - I don't know if he appreciates that, haha.
