I have, but I generally don't.
I don't *think* anything bad would happen or anything but I just feel weird about it, even if it's on gold. I post on IG every so often though.

I only posted one photo, when LO was born. Then when I was gifted Gold, I have posted another. I also don't use her name.

I've posted a bunch of my dogs and one or two of myself, but I'm sure if I had a cute LO to share I'd post more.

@Cherrybee: I'm the same way. I don't really see what the difference between here & other social media is. I see why being anonymous here is good (feeling free to share what you want & all that) but I don't really see what's wrong with pics. Or first names (of LO's anyway) really but to each his own.

I post pictures. I post on IG and FB too soooo they're our there anyway. I love seeing other people's pictures too! I also use my LOs actual names- usually just in gold threads though.

I just don't feel comfortable posting her photo online, given my former line of work. I do post a family picture of LO with me or DH every now and then on FB, but that's it. I really like seeing the pictures of other people's LOs though!

I don't post on HB but I do on IG. To me the difference is that I approve my IG followers and I can delete my photos off IG if I want to, and I don't have that same flexibility on HB since Mr Bee needs to do it for me and we are limited to 3 deletions.
Granted I realize people can screenshot them, but they could do that off HB as well.

I do occasionally, but DH doesn't love the idea of pictures of LO floating around. That being said, we both use FB and IG...so there's not much difference.

I haven't, but I think I would as long as the posts were gold. Considering all of the issues with social media (i.e. Facebook taking ownership of pictures posted on there), I think that posting gold pictures here seems pretty harmless.

I have on gold threads, but recently noticed that Chrome browsers are now automatically adding the ability to Pin any photo. It makes me wish we had the ability to delete our own photos on HB.

I don't mind sharing pics of myself even on non-gold threads but I'm careful about pics I share of LO. I now cover his face if I post one. I just don't like that I can't go back and delete the photos when I want. They used to allow posting pics using a URL which I would do from flickr so then I could go back and delete but I guess mr bee doesn't allow that anymore.

I don't often and when I do always in gold and I try to remember to take them down after.

I have posted pics of myself but not any of my LO. I even try to limit the amount of pics I post of him to Facebook and IG - I want him to be able to decide how much digital privacy he wants for himself when he is older.
