How many days a week do you shower?

Nope. I shower when my hair needs to be shampooed. Most of the time, that's every day. If it's a weekend day and we're not going anywhere? I won't shower. I need to shampoo every other day or my hair gets gross and starts to hurt...

I'd say I get one 6 out of 7 days...if I can I shower every day, but some days it doesn't happen!

Probably every other day. I should get in just to wash my body daily but it just doesn't happen. My workouts don't eat me sweaty so I guess that's how I justify not washing?

Usually, but I don't wash my hair every time. It gets too dry in the winter, so I have become a fan of dry shampoo.

Every other day. My hair and skin gets really dry if I go every day, but on days I run back to back, I shower both days and just don't wash my hair the second day.

Maybe twice a week if I'm lucky. My showering has gone down a lot since having LO. I try to time them during naps.

Every single day. I can't function without one. Even if I'm not going anywhere I've gotta shower, that includes washing my hair. If it's summer or I've gone to the gym, it's twice a day.
