I've been monitoring my sleep lately and have noticed that I rarely sleep all in one stretch... I will often sleep in two or even three different sessions over the course of the day. For example, I might sleep a few hours at night, then wake up with my son at dawn... and then kinda of doze on the couch while he plays by himself. Then later that evening, I'll fall asleep while putting him to sleep, then wake up an hour or two later.
I miss sleeping a bunch of hours in a row every night.
