Sometimes. I got into the habit after breastfeeding. Now that I am pregnant, I take that sucker off a lot more!

I dont because I'm scared of getting a clogged duct especially since I dont pump at night. I sleep in a tank top and put nursing pads in, sometimes the shift and I wake up in a mini pool of breastmilk ugh

Yep, I have to have nursing pads on at night otherwise I soak the sheets.

I can barely stand to wear panties to bed...it'll be a huge change once McBebe is here.

No. I sleep on a 4x folded towel to catch the milk. I tried with a bra and was very uncomfortable-don't know why I kept trying.

I still sleep with a cami - I'm so used to it, I can't imagine NOT wearing it!

I didn't before.... Now that I'm breastfeeding I have to. I wear a nursing sleep bra or nursing tank.

I never used to but now that the girls are out of control, I have a yoga bra on 24/7. hate it, but oh well.

Nope! I have been so happy that my night time leaking has stopped so I can let the girls go free again! People who know me are surprised that I am comfortable braless at night considering my boobs are an H cup!

Now that I've mostly weaned I've been sleeping without a bra and it feels great, though I have to admit I got so used to it I've been feeling unsupported.

I used to sleep with just a shirt, but now it's necessary to sleep with nursing pads and bra. Dislike! I want to 'free ball' it again!

Yeah, a sleep bra or cami, only so I can wear pads. I can't wait till I don't leak anymore.

Nope! I always wear them during the day but they have to come off at night!

Yep usually do... and always have out of habit... during pregnancy tho- it's been hit or miss~
